Real unchanging peace and happiness exist within ourselves and can only be realised through subtle intellectual enquiry and meditation. To provide the opportunity for people today, I have decided to build a place for study and meditation?"

Located in the sacred and peaceful surroundings of Pullahari Monastery, the Rigpe Dorje Study and Meditation Centre is the fulfilment of the wish of the Third Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche.

The Centre is open throughout the year, and the accommodation provided is basic but comfortable. Meals are vegetarian.

Students and practitioners may pursue the Centre's programs or personal study and retreats. However, priority for accommodation is given to registered students when the Centre's programs are in session.

The Stupa Temple is open daily for practice and meditation. Visiting residents may attend the prayers and pujas at the monastery and use the library. Appointments with teachers and lamas in residence can also be arranged through the general office.
